Luxembourg, 03.02.2026 — Frankfurt / Luxembourg, 03.02.2026 – RegTech provider Kreios and the German Investment Funds Association BVI have entered into a strategic cooperation to translate regulatory expertise into operational fund compliance using artificial intelligence (AI) and rules-based automation. The aim is to implement regulatory requirements for funds in Germany more efficiently, consistently, and ready for the future.
The collaboration begins with the integration of the BVI's standard modules for the PRIIPs Key Information Document into Kreios' document-producer-independent, AI-driven compliance and oversight platform REGMATIX. The content is transformed into digital validation rules and intelligent review logic, enabling automated document checks and making regulatory requirements systematically applicable in practice.
The digital validation rules and AI-supported content will be made available to fund management companies via the REGMATIX platform irrespective of BVI membership. They can be embedded directly into existing operational processes and control routines, providing a standardized and technologically advanced access point to regulatory expertise across the German fund market.

Kreios and the German Investment Funds Association will give their first public insight into their joint solution at the BVI Fund Operations Conference on 24 February in Frankfurt. In a joint presentation, the partners will demonstrate how AI, rules-based automation, and regulatory expertise interact—and the tangible value this delivers for fund companies' operational compliance.
Through this cooperation, Kreios and the BVI are signalling their commitment to innovation in fund compliance: moving away from purely manual reviews toward AI-supported, standardized, and scalable control processes that meet today's and tomorrow's regulatory requirements.
